On 1 December, Consul General Yang Peidong attended a reception at the invitation of the Governor of Västra Götaland County.

During the reception, Consul General Yang met and communicated with Sten Tolgfors, Governor of Västra Götaland County, Renée Bengtsson, President of the Regional Council of Västra Götaland, Aslan Akbas, Lord Mayor of the City Council of Gothenburg, Robert Hörnquist, Chairman of the Consular Corps of West Sweden, as well as Consuls and Honorary Consuls representing various countries. They exchanged views on topics such as strengthening connection, promoting friendly exchanges and intensifying mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of economy, trade and culture, etc.
