On 28 January, the Chinese New Year's Eve, Consul General Yang Peidong paid a courtesy call on Mr. Aslan Akbas, Lord Mayor of the City Council of Gothenburg.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the two countries, they exchanged views on specific issues so as to further strengthening cultural exchanges and collaboration in other fields between China and the City of Gothenburg.
