Starting from October 27, 2011, the Chinese Visa Service Centre(CVASC) in Gothenburg will be officially in operation. It is a kind advice that those who are holding the ordinary passports applying for ordinary visa visiting China, should submit your application directly to the CVASC. However, Since the Centre is newly setup, the Consular Section of the Chinese Consulate General still remains working just for a part of the ordinary passports holders, who are required to make an appointment by advancing through the official website of the Consulate General to gain appointment number, otherwise is inadmissible.
